We are seeking a qualified Clinical Manager to provide leadership and management of resident lifestyle in this western suburbs aged care facility. You will be currently registered with AHPRA and have familiarity with ACFI and documentation. The management and staff are committed to making a difference to the lives of their residents and you will be committed to giving quality clinical care and outstanding personalised service. You will able to demonstrate leadership success in the healthcare sector and have a strong focus on the interaction between staff and residents. The right candidate will be proactive, have a strong work ethic and passionate about aged care.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical leadership to medical practitioners, allied health professionals and community services to ensure optimal service delivery to residents
- Ensure documentation is in line with industry practice and legislation
- Maintaining staffing levels
- Manage ACFI claims and maximise funding
- Working closely with key stakeholders within the business to ensure care is maximised throughout the facility
