Here is a great opportunity to join a global software leader, as the face of their company. Working in this funky office will see you responsible for the smooth running of the reception desk as well as offering HR support to the team.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be the following:
- Answering the switchboard and transferring phone calls to all internal staff
- Meet and Greet of visitors
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Organising Couriers
- Assisting the HR department and being the face of HR for the Melbourne branch.
- General Adhoc duties
To be successful in this role you will need to have previous Reception experience together with a basic to intermediate understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook. You will pride yourself on your presentation and strong work ethic and also offer excellent communication skills at all times and a bubbly & outgoing personality.
Previous HR experience will also be a bonus in this role as you will be assisting the HR Manager who is based in Sydney.
