Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager you will be managing end to end recruitment and partnering with the business to deliver excellent service whilst attracting top quality talent. Based in Brisbane CBD you will primarily be managing a high volume of Technical and Corporate roles within Australia's most booming industry. It will be critical that you have the ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders and possess the ability to have robust discussions with your client group.
To be successful for either this Talent Acquisition Specialist Temporary role you must:
- Have a strong recruitment background from either an Internal recruitment or agency background
- Have a strong background recruiting Technical Applications
- Ability to manage a high volume recruitment requirements
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
- Solid influencing and negotiating skills - ability to have difficult conversations
- Proven track record in innovative sourcing solutions
- Bring a high energy and professionalism to the role
- Generalist Human Resources experience if you are happy to specialise in recruitment
